The Anne Potter Perpetual Cup took place yesterday evening, featuring four teams. In the first semi-final, Bruree faced Castletown Ballyagran, with Bruree emerging victorious. The second semi-final saw Dromin/Athlacca/Banogue (DAB) narrowly defeat St Kieran’s in a thrilling match. For the 3rd place playoff, DAB triumphed over Castletown Ballyagran.
The final between Bruree and St Kieran’s was a spectacular display of hurling. Both teams played with incredible intensity and skill, delivering a match that kept spectators on the edge of their seats. Bruree and St Kieran's player were in top form, scoring some breathtaking scores. The match saw brilliant individual performances, with standout players from both sides showcasing their talent and determination.
In the end, Bruree managed to clinch the victory, much to the delight of their supporters. Congratulations to the Bruree players for making their families and club proud.
